Qualifications and skills relating to a systematic approach to project work are becoming increasingly essential and in greater demand as companies, non-profit organisations and other bodies adopt a more project-oriented approach. The course aims to equip participants not only to plan, implement and manage projects professionally, but also to take on a project leadership role, guide a project team through all stages of development, and deal effectively with uncertainties and change.

The project management training within the certificate programme is designed to equip participants with the ability to plan, implement and manage projects professionally. In addition to developing practical skills, the programme places particular emphasis on fostering the interpersonal skills of future project managers.

The overall aim of the Master’s programme is to provide academic training for project leaders who possess professional strategies for action, have the capacity for innovation, and can successfully fill cross-functional roles. During the Master’s programme, students acquire initial practical skills alongside the theories and methods of project management and team development. Admission to the programme is possible even without a Bachelor’s degree – we’d be happy to advise you!
