Change and dynamic environmental conditions require organisations to adapt permanently and  adaptation of organisations. But what does this mean for the topics of leadership, team development and employee retention? This year's network evening of the "Project Management and Team Development" degree programme programme is dedicated to the question of whether a balance between autonomy and hierarchy in order to operate successfully. Do we need hierarchy or autonomy? Is this constellation more of a continuum a continuum or a tension? We want to discuss with you together about freedom and boundaries and look forward to welcoming all those participants of the study programme.
